EFFECTS OF MEDITATION:

Welcome to Magical Power of Faith!

We already have seen the instructions for meditations, benefits of doing meditation, how meditation brings peace of mind and peace in relationships, and the difference between meditating at home and in a temple.

So, we all know about the effects of meditation and how, in many ways, it helps people who practise it in their lives. In this post, you will see three instances of how it positively affects the people who practice it.



1. HOW A WOMAN OF 40 YEAR OLD WROTE HER EXAM CONFIDENTLY? 

One of my yoga teachers shared her experience about writing her Yoga degree examination. She is over 40 years of age and it was difficult for her to remember all the concepts that she studied for the exam . 



This is a very common thing for people when they reach a certain age. But she wrote her exam very well with confidence by activating the crown chakra. This helped her to recall and write everything that she had prepared for the exams without forgetting any concepts.


2. BLESSING AFTER MEDITATION:

Blessing anyone after the completion of  meditation process has very good effects than at the other times! It directly reaches the person whom we bless, as we attain the  alpha wave (8-13 cycles per seconds) by doing meditation.


During this moment, the mind becomes very minute and activates all the subtle cells in the brain. Hence, the blessing after meditation has a greater effect than blessing at normal times.

3. WHAT HAPPENS IF A PERSON PRACTICES MEDITATIONS REGULARLY?

There are many more meditations in yoga manavalakalai which can be practiced with introspection to get good results in one's life.


Practising meditations regularly can help people experience  many things  spiritually such as ability to know about oneself clearly, finding one's life purpose, etc


In addition to all these, many people experience magical things which are different from what a regular human experiences! Many people are afraid to talk about their experiences to others as they fear they would be bullied for their experiences! Yet there are some people who do share their experiences to a few people in their private circle!
