THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MEDITATING AT HOME AND IN A TEMPLE

Hello, pure-hearted souls,

Welcome to Magical Power of Faith!

In the previous articles, we've seen how meditation brings peace of mind and peace in the relationship

Today, we will see the difference between the effects of doing meditation at home and in a temple.

Let's start the discussion:

1. WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN WE MEDITATE AT HOME?

During my yoga sessions, I have been taught that  while meditating at home, the waves of the meditating energies will positively affect our family members also and give peaceful and calm energy within them

Which means, before the effects of the meditation affect the person who is doing it, it first affects positively all those people around him/her. It, then, reaches him/her and activates one's chakras .

Hence for this reason, it takes a little time to feel one's chakra's activation during the meditation time (especially the Agna chakra).

I tried to examine this at my home. As soon as I finished my meditation process, I ran to my mom and asked her if she felt any good vibes with suddenly affected her mindset positively. She said, "yes"!!!.

I really wondered about the meditation's magic at that moment. It really gives me the superb feeling that doing meditation not only helps the one who is practicing it but also who are nearby !!!!.

2. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE MEDITATE IN A TEMPLE?

One can also practice meditation in a temple. We all know that a temple is
usually filled with positive energies and that is partly due to how it has been constructed. Also, people feel this positive energy in various ways when they enter a temple.

So meditating in a temple can help one reach the deep tranquil state and also to grow spiritually. The energies formed during meditation at temples will be circulated to every devotee around and make them benefit from it too.

Hence, meditation benefits not only the one who does it, but also those who are around him/her.
