HOW TO BE POSITIVE DURING HARD TIMES?

Today we will discuss how to be positive during hard times.

In our day-to-day life, it’s a bit difficult to keep ourselves positive throughout the day. 

But it’s of utmost importance to remain positive even during despondency.


It’s very easy to convert our negative thoughts into positive ones. But it's a little hard to remember to use this method at the time when it is essential to convert our thoughts as we sink in the power of negativity. 

However, if we use this in the name of awareness, then it’s easy to keep ourselves strong in our life during our hard times.

Before we begin the topic, 
we must know what is conscious mind and
subconscious mind are.

Conscious mind:

It is the one that is always in a conscious state. This mind never easily accepts anything without any proper reason. It is innate to question/analyse everything, like, how, why, when, what, etc. It decides everything for us. It is the master of our mind. 

For example, if you choose a dress, job, color paint for your home etc… then 
it is decided by your conscious mind. 

Subconscious mind:
The subconscious mind never raises such questions like the conscious mind does. It merely accepts that which is constantly thought by us and the things which have been accepted by the conscious mind as true. Then it acts upon them and triggers us accordingly. 



Okay, now let's discuss how can you change negativity into positivity during despondency.

For instance, your longtime wish is to buy a new house. Whenever you think about it, your conscious mind asks, “Is it possible for you to do so?”, then you reply to it as, ” Yes! I can do so. I am happy and grateful that I've bought my desired house." Then it will ask again, ”How could you say this before you achieve it? ”. 

Then visualize your words about buying a new house: "You are in your new house with your family members, inviting your relatives and friends to your house warming ceremony, and enjoying your life in the same house lifelong. 

Note: During the Visualization process, feel the energy and embrace it!



For another instance, you have an interview the next day and you are anxious about it. Then immediately change your thoughts into positive ones before they register in your subconscious mind. 

That is, start affirming with a visualization:I’m happy and grateful that I've been selected for the well-paid job and the interviewers congratulate me. My family and friends enjoy my success and I’m a successful person. Thank you God!"

TIP 1: 
You can frame AFFIRMATIONS in the present or future tense. But the former is better than the future as it will help your conscious mind to trust your wish as the real one when you visualize with positive affirmations and feel the energy.



In the same manner, you can use this process whenever you feel despondent!

TIP 2:
If it seems difficult to feel the energy during the visualization process, then merely change your 
negative thoughts into exact opposite words (positive) like the illustrations given-below.

Anger: Thank you for the peace of mind!

Uncomfortable: Thank you for the comfortable place!


Unsafe: I am divinely protected always! Thank you 

Seeking employment: I've got my desired job! Thank you!

Comment in the comment section, "I'm strong!" if you are optimistic during despondency!
